Every order is covered by a 30-day guarantee, starting the day your package arrives.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We will send a free replacement right away — you do not need to ship anything back.

 

Not the right fit or style

Let us know within 30 days of delivery. In most cases we will offer a refund or an exchange without asking you to return the item.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Where shipping was charged, it is refundable only if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Fair use

We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of suspected abuse, and to limit no-return refunds to one per customer.
